1. Returns Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.
Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Final sale or clearance items.
Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
